Product Manager

About Company Masai School is a fast-growing outcome-driven EdTech platform focused on building careers through industry-relevant learning programs. We are building scalable products that impact thousands of learners and organizations across India. We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager with strong startup experience who can take ownership of product strategy, execution, and growth for our EdTech products.

Role: Product Manager Experience: 5- 8 Years

Location: HSR,Bangalore

Qualifications

• Experience in product discovery and delivery, including user research, requirements gathering, and translating insights into product roadmaps and detailed specifications.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to define metrics, interpret product performance, and run experiments or A/B tests.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, marketing) and manage stakeholders with clear communication and alignment.
• Proficiency with common product management tools and practices, such as backlog management, sprint planning, wireframing or prototyping, and documenting user stories.
• Background or strong interest in education, skilling, or edtech, with an understanding of learner journeys, employer expectations, and outcome-focused programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present product decisions, trade-offs, and rationales to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, prioritize effectively, and deliver results with a focus on impact and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Design, or related discipline); prior experience as a Product Manager or in a closely related role is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• 5 - 8 years of experience in Product Management
• Prior experience working in a startup environment is mandatory
• Strong understanding of Edtech products and product lifecycle management
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including tech, design, and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Notion, Mixpanel, GA, or similar product tools is preferred
• Understanding of user journeys, product funnels, and growth metrics
