Product Manager

Every vehicle owner knows the feeling — a blocked car and no way to reach the owner, a parking note that never lands, a quiet worry about theft. EVA2Z builds the connected products that solve exactly this. We're software-first and hardware-enabled, founder-led, fast-moving, and scaling out of Noida into India and export markets. We're hiring one sharp, hands-on Product Manager to own two products end-to-end: EVA2Z Connect, our consumer app and in-app device & accessory marketplace, and the EVA2Z QR Parking Tag, our connected vehicle tag that lets anyone reach an owner in seconds — without ever exposing their number. Roles & Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, backlog, and delivery for both EVA2Z Connect and the QR Parking Tag
• Be the voice of the customer — run user interviews and turn field feedback into shipped features
• Ship Connect features: GPS tracking, multi-vehicle management, smart alerts, remote immobilisation, OTA updates, and the in-app device marketplace
• Improve onboarding and device pairing; grow active users and retention
• Own the QR Parking Tag scan-to-contact experience (masked calls, "move my vehicle," tow/emergency alerts, valet mode, lost-and-found)
• Manage the full Tag lifecycle: ordering, activation, registration, pairing, and re-orders
• Grow activation, conversion, and repeat purchases; expand distribution across D2C, dealers, RWAs, and parking operators
• Own KPIs and dashboards (activations, MAU, engagement, NPS) and report to leadership
• Guard reliability of real-time tracking and alerts; protect user data and privacy
• Work closely with engineering, design, ops, and channel partners

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in product management (consumer mobile and/or B2B SaaS); IoT, telematics, or mobility experience a strong plus
• Strong mobile product management (Android/iOS) and cloud/SaaS knowledge
• Track record of shipping features across devices and backend (SDKs, APIs, OTA)
• Comfortable with data, metrics, A/B testing, and defining KPIs
• Strong stakeholder management and sharp communication (clear PRDs and user stories)
• Startup-ready: high ownership, pragmatic, hands-on
• Based in (or open to relocating to) Noida / Delhi NCR, and happy to travel to the field

Bonus Points * EV / e-mobility, vehicle OEM programs, or connected-accessory / D2C hardware experience. * Familiarity with telematics data formats, MQTT, CAN bus basics, or cellular/SIM provisioning. * Experience with privacy, consent and number-masking flows (call masking, telecom DLT). * Hands-on with analytics stacks (Mixpanel / Amplitude / Looker / Metabase) and mobile CI/CD. * A network across OEMs, dealers, RWAs/parking operators, telcos or logistics.
