The Role As a Product Manager, you'll work directly with Product Directors to build and improve products used by growing businesses. You'll help identify customer problems, define solutions, drive execution, validate releases, and measure outcomes. This role is built for someone who wants hands-on exposure to the full product lifecycle while learning how AI can accelerate product development, decision-making, and execution.

What You'll Own

• Analyze customer feedback, business requirements, operational workflows, and product data to surface opportunities for improvement
• Translate business problems into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Partner with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to drive features from concept to launch
• Lead UAT and production validation for key releases, ensuring high-quality delivery
• Define and track success metrics, using data to measure impact and inform prioritization
• Leverage AI tools to sharpen product analysis, testing, documentation, and team efficiency
• Identify repetitive workflows to automate, and build scalable processes around them

Who Thrives Here

• 1–4 years in Product Management, QA, Business Analysis, Product Operations, or a related role
• You already use AI tools as a force multiplier — Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or no-code automation — and you're curious about what's next
