Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong product management capabilities and relevant domain experience in Freight Forwarding. 

The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, defining product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development and successful delivery.

A good Senior Business Analyst for this domain application can also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements, market trends, and business needs to identify product opportunities.
• Create and manage product requirements, user stories, and product backlogs, ensuring clear acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and business stakeholders to drive product development and releases.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and drive continuous product improvements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment on product scope and priorities.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Product Management.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, requirement gathering, backlog management, and roadmap planning.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable product requirements.

Domain Preference

Freight Forwarding domain experience.

Location Requirement

• Bengaluru (BLR) is the mandatory base location.
