    About Tradl AI
Tradl AI is building Indias first AI broker, with our own foundation model for quant-reasoned trading decisions in natural language.
93% of individual F&O traders in India lose money - emotion, poor timing, no systematic risk management. Most "AI trading tools" are thin wrappers that hallucinate on numbers. Were building the opposite: a foundation model for real-time quant analysis, paired with integrated broking on our own license, cash and F&O.
Live today: AI screening chatbot, strategy builder (Sensibull AI), option chain analytics (IV skew, GEX, gamma), live pattern detection, position risk copilot, and in-house charts with our edge model.
Next: AI backtesting, Scalper Max, and broking.
Weve closed a seed round from marquee investors, and the founding team brings deep markets experience - systematic investments at Goldman Sachs, business leadership at a major credit platform, crypto, and investment banking. Were squarely in the 0-to-1 journey, keeping the team small and the bar high.
    Why This Role Exists
In 1973, Black and Scholes published a formula that changed how traders think about options. Most remember it as a pricing model, but it was deeper. The one thing in an options price you cannot observe is volatility. Hedge away the direction and you are trading volatility, not direction. Price is the surface. The real game sits one layer underneath.
Most broking apps never show you that layer. They earn more the more you trade, so they hand you a price chart, call it analysis, and nudge you to trade more rather than think deeper. A gamble table with better UI.
The easy answer is to show more data. Thats not the job. The craft is building a product that carries all that depth underneath, yet is so simple that a 15-year-old picking up trading understands it instantly.
Take the hardest thing in the room and make it feel obvious. That is the job.
    What Were Looking For
    • 6-8 years in product, with at least one consumer product you took from a blank page to something people genuinely loved and used. Fintech preferred.
    • You trade. Broking or active F&O, with your own money on the line. Youve felt the gap between what your app showed you and what you actually needed to know.
    • You see the layer underneath. Implied vol, greeks, skew, payoff structure - well enough to argue about them, not just define them.
    • Obsessive about simplification. You can take IV skew or gamma exposure and make it land for someone who started trading last month, without flattening it into something wrong.
    • End-to-end ownership. You write the spec, sit with the designer, argue with the engineer, and watch the funnel after ship. No handoffs, no throwing it over the wall.
    • Comfortable in the data. You pull your own numbers, define your own metrics, and know the difference between a real signal and a nice-looking dashboard.
    • Judgment on what not to build. At 0-to-1, the cut list matters more than the roadmap.
    Bonus Points
    • Youve been early at a 0-to-1 startup. You know what it costs and you want to do it again.
    • Youve shipped AI/LLM-powered products to real users - and dealt with the evaluation, latency, trust, and hallucination problems that show up after the demo.
    • Youve worked inside a broker, exchange, or trading platform.
    • Design sensibility strong enough to sketch the flow yourself before anyone opens Figma.
    • Youve built specifically for the Indian retail audience and understand how differently they think.
    Why Join
Youll own the hardest and most differentiated part of the product, on a small team where your product decisions stick. Direct line to the founders, real scope, and problems nobody in the Indian market has solved yet.
