Product Manager

Process Optimization: Design, map, and streamline end-to-end operational workflows to eliminate bottlenecks, reduce waste, and improve productivity.

Change Management Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans for product launches, updates, or pivots to minimize disruption and accelerate adoption.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to assess the operational impact of product changes and align internal processes accordingly.

Standardization & Governance: Establish clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), governance frameworks, and performance metrics to sustain process improvements.

Stakeholder Enablement: Drive user readiness through targeted communication, training programs, and enablement materials to ensure smooth rollouts and high engagement.
