Job Summary

Position Product Manager. Location Hyderabad. Reporting to Product Head. Function Product Management.

Responsibilities

• Find the disease, not the symptom.
• Go beyond the obvious problem, identify the root cause, and solve for it.
• Own metrics.
• Define what success looks like, build a plan to get there, and relentlessly track whether it is working.
• Be deeply data-driven.
• Dig into data yourself, identify patterns and insights, form hypotheses, and use them to make product decisions.
• Talk to customers. Dont rely only on dashboards, requirements, or stakeholder opinions.
• Get close to the customer and understand the problem firsthand.
• Think from first principles.
• Challenge existing processes and assumptions instead of simply digitising how things work today.
• Ship fast.
• Prototype, test, learn and iterate.
• Bias towards action over perfect plans.
• Use AI as a force multiplier.
• Be hands-on with the latest AI tools for prototyping, analysis, experimentation, development, and your own productivity.
• Work cross-functionally.
• Bring engineering, design, business and operations together around the problem and the outcome.
• Own the result end-to-end.
• From identifying the opportunity to shipping the solution to measuring its impact.

What we are looking for

• 4-5+ years of product management experience, ideally in high-growth environments.
• Product fundamentals and a demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, complex problems.
• A track record of moving measurable business or customer outcomes, not just shipping features.
• Extreme comfort with data - able to go from a question data insight hypothesis action.
• Strong customer empathy and a willingness to get on calls, observe workflows, and hear uncomfortable feedback.
• High ownership. You dont wait for someone to tell you what to do.
• Strong execution bias and comfort operating with speed and imperfect information.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and a genuine curiosity to find new ways to build and ship faster.
