Job Description

Designation: Manager, (PMT)

The Manager, PMT shall be responsible for overseeing the function, which is categorized into the following two segments:

1. Product Identification
Product identification shall be undertaken on the basis of the following criteria:

a) Plant Feasibility: Assessment of the organization's plant manufacturing capability with respect to products that can be produced in-house and successfully launched in the market with favourable outcomes.

b) Market Demand: Identification of products that demonstrate substantial market demand, irrespective of whether such products can currently be manufactured at the organization's plant.

2. Product Positioning
A product positioning strategy shall be developed and implemented as follows:

a) West Africa Registered Products: This shall constitute 80% of the overall responsibility under this segment.

b) Products registered for Jupiter: This shall constitute the remaining 20% of the responsibility under this segment.

3. Responsibilities Pertaining to product other than Hospital Products

a) Design and development of promotional materials, including leaflets, information brochures, and other related collateral.

b) Establishment of sales targets in coordination with the Sales Department.

c) Evaluation of target achievement and formulation of corrective strategies, as and when required.
