Product Manager

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Technical Project Manager with 12 to 15 years of experience in managing cross-functional engineering teams and delivering complex software projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate combines hands-on coding and system architecture experience with strong delivery leadership, and can engage credibly with engineers on technical design, trade-offs, and risks while keeping stakeholders aligned. A proven track record of driving successful project outcomes in dynamic environments is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical programs across multiple engineering teams practicing Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Partner with architects and tech leads to review system designs, evaluate technical trade-offs, and translate architecture decisions into delivery plans.
• Identify and manage technical risks and dependencies, including integrations, scalability, performance, security, and technical debt.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, developers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Oversee release planning, CI/CD readiness, environment setup, and production deployments, and drive post-release reviews and incident follow-ups.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, Agile best practices, and engineering excellence (code reviews, test automation, documentation).
• Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) to monitor tasks, timelines, and team performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1215 years of overall experience in software delivery and project management, with at least 3 years in Agile environments.
• Hands-on coding experience, with a prior background as a software developer or strong working knowledge of programming.
• Experience with system architecture, including understanding of how application components, APIs, integrations, databases, and infrastructure fit together.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience managing software development teams or technical digital product programs.
• Working knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agile or project management certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or SAFe Agilist.
• Experience in domains like healthcare, fintech, or enterprise SaaS.
• Prior experience as a tech lead, solution architect, or engineering manager.
