Product Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for technology-led products and solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in product management, stakeholder management, requirements gathering, Agile delivery, and technology-driven product development.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, customers, engineering teams, architects, UI/UX, QA, data teams, and leadership to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Understand customer and market requirements and translate them into actionable product requirements and user stories.
• Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation and discovery to development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, UI/UX, QA, Data, Sales, and Business teams for successful product execution.
• Create and maintain Product Roadmap, PRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Product Backlog.
• Prioritize features and requirements based on business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, and organizational priorities.
• Conduct requirement workshops with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business problems and define appropriate solutions.
• Work closely with technology teams to understand APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, data, applications, and system architecture at a functional level.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives where required.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, customer feedback, and business outcomes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams for product demonstrations, solution discussions, RFPs/RFIs, and customer presentations.
• Collaborate with leadership on product investment, roadmap planning, release strategy, and prioritization.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities and product enhancements.
• Manage dependencies, risks, scope changes, and stakeholder expectations throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure that delivered features meet defined business requirements and provide measurable customer value.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of overall experience, with significant experience in Product Management.
• Strong understanding of Product Management Lifecycle, Agile/Scrum, and SDLC.
• Experience working with technology products, SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or digital solutions.
• Strong requirement gathering and business analysis skills.
• Hands-on experience creating PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, product roadmaps, and product backlogs.
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Engineering, Architecture, UI/UX, QA, Data, Sales, and Business teams.
• Good understanding of modern technology ecosystems such as Cloud, APIs, Microservices, Databases, Data Platforms, and AI/ML.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and documentation skills.
• Experience managing multiple products, projects, or workstreams simultaneously.
