About this role
We are hiring for one of our leading client for the role of Deputy Manager/Manager- Product & Strategy at Mahalaxmi, Mumbai Location
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and enhancements
- Define product roadmap aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and regulatory requirements
- Translate regulatory guidelines, business requirements, and operational needs into functional specifications, PRDs, and user stories
- Work closely with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to deliver compliant and scalable solutions
- Design and improve digital customer and partner journeys across onboarding, transactions, servicing, and reporting
- Drive straight-through processing (STP), reduce manual interventions, and improve turnaround times
- Support UAT, go-live readiness, and post-implementation issue resolution
- Track key product metrics and use data insights to drive prioritization
Essential Conditions:
Education: Graduate / Post Graduate.
Work exp: 5-7 years of experience in the product management / business solutions roles.
Work related skills:
- Hands-on experience with PRDs, user stories, and Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Behavioural Traits: Entrepreneurial, high ownership, execution-focused and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
- Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
