Product Manager

We are looking for a Founding Product Lead who wants to define an entirely new product category. This is not a roadmap management role.

Responsibilities:

• Define product strategy with founders. Talk to recruiters and hiring managers weekly.
• Convert qualitative hiring behavior into scalable product experiences.
• Design AI-native workflows. Prioritize platform capabilities.
• Work closely with AI and engineering.
• Define product metrics.
• Launch continuously into live hiring workflows.
• Build the product organization from zero.

Requirements:

• 8-12 years in product management.
• Has built AI-first or data products. Loves ambiguous, first-principles thinking.
• Can work directly with customers.
• Thinks in systems rather than features.
• Understands LLMs beyond prompting.
• Enjoys writing as much as building. Wants founding-level ownership
