Product Manager

This is a senior ownership role for a product leader who combines deep Web3 domain expertise with sharp analytical instincts and a track record of building products at scale. You will define strategy and drive execution across our blockchain product portfolio- spanning decentralised exchanges, SAAS platforms, and crypto payment infrastructure - working at the intersection of technology, data, and user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and execution for blockchain-based platforms and Web3 applications.
• Build and scale Web3 products (Blockchain Infrastructure, exchanges, crypto payments, dApps) from 01 and beyond.
• Own PRDs and collaborate closely with engineering on system design, architecture, and scalability.
• Lead data-driven product decisions using analytics, experimentation, and user behaviour insights, while defining clear success metrics.
• Design and optimise user journeys across complex Web3 flows including wallets, onboarding, transactions, and checkout.
• Drive go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and post-launch iteration, while mentoring junior PMs and strengthening product culture.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of product management experience with proven end-to-end ownership and a track record of delivering measurable business impact.
• Deep, hands-on experience in Blockchain or Web3 ecosystems with exposure to building real-world products.
• Proven ability to build and scale high-impact consumer or platform products in fintech, payments, or marketplace environments.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in experimentation, data platforms, or ML-driven product development.
• Solid technical fluency and stakeholder influence, with the ability to collaborate with engineering on distributed systems, architecture, and scalability in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
