Product Manager - India (Individual Contributor) - DyVa AI

DyVa is an AI-powered dynamic pricing platform for residential real estate developers. We've driven 14x MRR growth in our home market and are now opening India - starting with a live pilot cohort of developers in Mumbai/MMR. We're pre-seed, product-led, and looking for the PM who takes this from pilots to a validated, paying product.

The Mission

Take our India pilot cohort from proof-of-concept to a paying product: close out the current pilot push, spend the next year proving product-market fit through real client behavior (not opinions), and leave behind the backlog, metrics and team foundation we need to scale.

What you'll own

• Close out the pilot cohort - run structured discovery with our active developer pilots, ship product changes based on what you learn, and convert pilots into paid contracts.
• Find product-market fit - pilot-to-paid conversion is our north star metric, backed by usage and retention data.
• Build a backlog the evidence can defend - every item traceable to a client conversation or a number, shipped on a predictable cadence with our small, CTO-led engineering team.
• Lay the groundwork to scale - document how you did it, and help onboard and coach our next product hire.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years as a PM who has taken a product from early-stage/pre-PMF to a validated, paying customer base - not just maintained an already-fit product.
• Real estate B2B experience is a strong preference - ideally you've worked on a product team selling into real estate developers, or have direct experience with pricing/revenue-management products in that space. Data-heavy, pricing-adjacent B2B or SaaS backgrounds are a close second.
• Hands-on, direct collaboration with a small engineering team - no BA or delivery layer as a buffer.
• Real customer discovery chops: you can tell us about a hypothesis you killed because the data said no.
• Comfortable with ambiguity: no local case studies yet, no settled pricing model, a backlog that will shift weekly for a while.
• Based in Mumbai/MMR, or able to run in-person discovery sessions there regularly.

Nice to have: experience coaching a junior PM or analyst; Hindi or Marathi for client conversations.

Location & compensation: Mumbai (MMR). Fixed: competitive for an early-stage product hire of this caliber, variable tied to pilot conversion and PMF milestones, plus ESOP.
