Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to work closely with Axi's product, engineering, and business teams to drive product initiatives from discovery to execution. The ideal candidate will have strong product thinking, excellent communication skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams in a product-led environment.

Responsibilities:

• Own product initiatives from discovery to launch.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and roadmap priorities.
• Work closely with engineering, design, business, and other stakeholders.
• Use customer feedback and data to drive product decisions.
• Manage prioritization, dependencies, and product delivery.
• Track product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Strong product management experience in a product-based organization.
• Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution.
• Excellent communication, articulation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work closely with engineering, design, business, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Experience in B2B, B2C, B2B2C, or partner-led products.
• Experience with fintech, trading, payments, or financial products is a strong advantage.
• Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and drive initiatives end-to-end.

Good to Know:

• Fintech/trading experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Candidates from established product-based companies are preferred.
• Stable career history with no frequent/unreasonable switches is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management are critical for this role.
