Product Manager

Position: Product Manager / Business development Energy Devices
Location: Bangalore | PAN India Responsibility
Department: Product Management / Technical & Application Engineering
Experience: 8–10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technical & application support for battery products across Automotive, xEV and Non-Automotive segments.
• Handle rechargeable & non-rechargeable batteries including Cylindrical, Coin, Prismatic and NiMH.
• Interact with customers and global teams to understand technical requirements and resolve queries.
• Manage specification approvals, application reviews, samples, drawings/3D data, PPAP, IMDS and 4M changes until SOP.
• Support product development, market analysis, competitor benchmarking and new market development.
• Train and support Sales/Distributor teams on battery products.

Required Skills & Qualification:

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Chemical Engineering.
• Strong technical & application knowledge of battery products.
• Experience in Product Management / Application Engineering / Business Development within Automotive or Non-Automotive markets.
• Strong customer handling, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional and overseas teams.
