About this role
EXPERIENCE: 2–4 years
LOCATION: India
01 ROLE PURPOSE
We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to support the development and delivery of patient- and provider-facing healthcare products for the U.S. market. The role sits at the intersection of product, clinical workflows, design, engineering and delivery.
Core mandate: take an identified product need and convert it into a clearly scoped, development-ready, shippable and measurable feature.
Immediate priority: strong product scoping and requirements definition before sprint planning.
02 WHAT THE PERSON WILL OWN
· Own and groom the product backlog — intake, refine, prioritize and keep items aligned to roadmap priorities.
· Scope features before development — define the user problem, workflow, requirements, business rules, edge cases, dependencies and acceptance criteria.
· Write strong user stories and acceptance criteria for patient-app and provider-facing capabilities.
· Understand end-to-end patient, provider and clinical journeys rather than treating requirements as isolated screens or tickets.
· Partner with design and engineering to validate feasibility and break larger requirements into sensible, shippable increments.
· Work with clinical and customer-facing teams to capture real-world workflow needs, including checklists, check-ins, care pathways and provider requirements.
· Track execution against agreed scope and proactively surface risks, dependencies, trade-offs and priority decisions.
· Define success measures for released features and review usage/adoption after launch.
· Maintain disciplined product documentation so engineering is clear on what is being built, why, and what done means.
03 WHAT A DAY IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE
Review priorities with the U.S. product team; work through a patient/provider workflow; convert it into user stories, rules and acceptance criteria; resolve questions with engineering/design/clinical teams; check that sprint items remain on scope; and review performance of recently released features.
