    About this role

    Product Manager – Alright TV

    Location: Delhi NCR

    Experience: 5–7 Years

    Industry: OTT / Media-Tech

    Job Function: Product Management

    About Alright TV

Alright TV is building the next generation of entertainment for young audiences through engaging, short-form and microdrama storytelling.

We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape and scale the Alright TV product experience — from content discovery and viewing to engagement, retention, and monetization.

    The Role

As a Product Manager, you will own key product areas and work closely with Engineering, Design, Content, Marketing, and Business teams to build experiences that users love.

You'll use a combination of product thinking, user insights, analytics, and experimentation to understand what users watch, how they discover content, where they drop off, and what brings them back.

This is a hands-on role with significant ownership across the product lifecycle — from identifying problems and defining solutions to launching, measuring, and iterating.

    What You'll Do

    • Own the product roadmap for key user journeys across content discovery, consumption, engagement, and monetization.
    • Analyze user behavior and product metrics to identify opportunities to improve retention, watch time, engagement, and conversion.
    • Translate user needs and business goals into clear product requirements, priorities, and execution plans.
    • Drive products and features end-to-end — from problem discovery and ideation to launch and iteration.
    • Partner with Engineering and Design to build intuitive, scalable, and high-performing product experiences.
    • Work closely with Content and Marketing teams to improve content discovery, recommendations, and user journeys.
    • Define and track key product KPIs and use data and experimentation to drive product decisions.
    • Identify friction points across the user journey and continuously improve the overall viewing experience.
    • Balance user needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and speed of execution.
    • Contribute to the broader product strategy and growth of Alright TV.

    What We're Looking For

    • 5–7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in consumer-facing products.
    • Experience in OTT, streaming, media-tech, gaming, social, content, or other high-engagement consumer platforms.
    • Strong understanding of product metrics including retention, DAU/MAU, CTR, watch time, engagement, conversion, and churn.
    • Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills; SQL experience is a plus.
    • Strong product sense and ability to translate user problems into impactful product solutions.
    • Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Content, Marketing, and Business teams.
    • Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a high degree of ownership.
    • Experience building products from 0→1 or scaling consumer products is a strong plus.

    What Success Looks Like

    • Improved user engagement and retention
    • Increased content discovery and consumption
    • Better-performing product journeys and experiences
    • Faster and more effective product execution
    • Stronger use of data, experimentation, and user insights in product decisions
    • Meaningful contribution to the growth and scale of Alright TV

    Why Join Us

You'll have the opportunity to work on a consumer entertainment product at an exciting stage of growth, with significant ownership over the product experience and the opportunity to directly influence how a new generation of users discovers and consumes stories.

If you enjoy building consumer products, solving ambiguous problems, and using data to create experiences users love, we'd love to hear from you.
