Product Manager

A "Product Manager" is an important member of our product team. As a product manager, you are responsible for the development and success of a product or group of products. Your primary goal is to ensure that the product(s) meet the needs and desires of the target customers while also achieving the company's strategic objectives and financial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise new solutions: product conceptualisation with a problem-first, data-driven and test-and-iterate approach.
• Build products: collaborate with tech, marketing, design, and other product teams to build products that are loved.
• Produce high-quality product specifications and effectively prioritise and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver products that create timely impact.
• Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including strategy, conceptualisation, user research, feature requirements, user interface, prototyping, underwriting, rollout, and enhancements.
• Devise digital campaign strategy and initiatives to improve penetration and deepening.
