About this role
We're looking for a Product Manager to own specific product areas end-to-end, from problem discovery through to a spec that engineering can build against and through to the metrics that tell us it worked. You'll work inside our Product Development Lifecycle, where Product owns the what and why, and partners closely with Engineering, who owns the how.
Responsibilities:
- Run user research and analyze market/usage signals to identify problems worth solving.
- Prioritize opportunities against company strategy and clearly define the problem before jumping to solutions.
- Write product specs: success criteria, scope, user flows, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Own UX flows and wireframes and product-level technical requirements in partnership with design and engineering.
- Partner with Engineering through build, QA, and launch without owning architecture or delivery mechanics.
- Track post-launch performance, adoption and engagement, business/revenue impact, and qualitative user feedback, and feed learnings back into the next discovery cycle. Work closely with Risk and Compliance on any feature touching KYC, trading limits, disclosures, or regulatory workflows.
- Use AI day-to-day as a core part of how you work: research synthesis, spec drafting, data analysis, and prototyping, not as an occasional add-on.
Requirements:
- Experience: ~2 years, with prior product experience in broking, trading, wealth-tech, or fintech.
- ~2 years of product management experience, with meaningful exposure to broking, trading platforms, wealth-tech, lending, or other fintech products
- Working understanding of capital markets basics (equities, F& O, mutual funds) or willingness to ramp up fast.
- Comfort writing clear specs and making prioritization trade-offs with incomplete information.
- Strong communication skills to align stakeholders across engineering, design, risk and compliance, and customer support.
- Data literacy: comfortable pulling and reading product analytics to inform decisions, not just relying on gut feeling. AI-native: you reach for AI tools by default, know how to prompt and iterate effectively, and are always looking for the next part of your workflow to hand off to AI.
- Bonus: prior experience at a broking, exchange-tech, or fintech company; familiarity with SEBI/RBI-regulated product constraints.
