Role:- Product Manager - Current Account

Job Responsibilities:-

Financial & Non - Financial Responsibilities

• Define & develop products and program for SME customers - CA, CMS, POS, IPG, Other technological solutions
• Innovate and develop segment specific propositions (Professionals, Real Estate, IT & ITES, Travel & Tourism, Gems & Jewellery, Media & Entertainment, Food & Beverages, Retailers, etc)
• Co-Work with Business Banking to offer Asset Products for SME customers
• To review cost / revenue levers of products and define product pricing for new product releases to meet revenue and & profitability goals
• Preparing and monitoring annual budgets, forecast trends and presenting the performance of business regularly to senior management / branches
• Drive customer acquisition
• Manage and analyse portfolio quality
• Identify and define Customer Segments for quality and focused acquisition
• Develop Sales Pitch, Brochures, Collaterals, Sales Aids in collaboration with marketing
• Provide trainings and conduct workshops for acquisition channels
• Co-work with operations team to define and improvise product related branch & central ops process
• Define and ensure effective / active customer engagement, customer life cycle & campaign management framework
• Conducting market / competition analysis

Compliance & Risk Responsibilities:-

• Co-work with compliance team to define & update KYC requirements as per legal & regulatory guidelines
• Design & improvise Forms, Declarations, Delegation Matrices & Exception Management to be customer friendly yet regulatory compliant
• Review & control sourcing quality
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify and drive system developments towards process simplifications
• Query Management of Branches & others

Qualification:- MBA / CA / Post Graduate
