Product Manager

We are looking for a high-calibre Product Manager to join our product team and help build the next generation of AI-powered B2B SaaS products. This is a high-ownership role where you will work closely with the founders, engineering, design, and GTM teams to identify customer problems, define product strategy, and take products from 01 and beyond. We are looking for someone who combines strong product thinking with technical depth, has experience building products for enterprise customers, and is excited about the opportunity to use AI to fundamentally rethink how businesses work.

Responsibilities:

• Own products/features end-to-end from problem discovery and strategy to execution and launch.
• Work closely with customers to understand complex business problems and translate them into simple, scalable product solutions.
• Define product vision, roadmap, PRDs, user journeys, and success metrics.
• Partner closely with engineering and design to build high-quality products at speed.
• Work on AI/ML-powered product experiences, including identifying where AI/LLMs can create significant customer value.
• Drive 01 initiatives and take products from early validation to production and scale.
• Use data, customer feedback, and experimentation to continuously improve the product.
• Work closely with GTM teams to understand market needs, positioning, adoption, and customer outcomes.
• Operate with a high degree of ownership and make decisions in an ambiguous, fast-moving startup environment.

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of strong product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or AI products.
• Strong engineering/technical foundation with a B. Tech/B. E. from a top IIT, IIIT, or BITS.
• MBA from a top-tier business school is preferred.
• Experience working in strong, high-growth B2B SaaS/product companies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise customers and complex product workflows.
• Demonstrated experience building and launching products/features with significant ownership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems into simple solutions.
• Comfortable working closely with engineers and understanding technical architecture, APIs, data, and AI/ML concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently, move fast, and thrive in a 01 startup environment.
