Product Manager

This isn't a traditional Product Manager role focused on shipping features or managing backlogs. We are looking for builders who love solving complex business problems and creating measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Own an entire product end-to-end with complete accountability for user experience and business outcomes.
• Identify customer and operational pain points through field visits and convert insights into scalable product solutions.
• Work closely with engineering, business, operations, and leadership to deliver high-impact products.
• Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and drive execution from discovery to launch.
• Own feature adoption, go-to-market strategy, and success metrics after launch.
• Build products that improve business metrics such as revenue, operational efficiency, supply chain performance, and contribution margins.
• Drive product decisions using data, experimentation, and first-principles thinking rather than assumptions.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of product management experience in high-growth startups or product-led organizations.
• Strong experience in product discovery, user research, PRD creation, and product execution.
• Ability to solve ambiguous business problems using structured thinking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Comfortable working directly with engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Willingness to spend time in the field to deeply understand customer behavior and operational challenges.
