Product Manager

The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:

Product Growth Strategy:

• Define and own the growth roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities across the user lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Prioritise initiatives using data, customer insights, and business impact.
• Establish measurable growth goals and success metrics.

AI Product Management:

• Build and scale AI-powered features and products using LLMs, machine learning, recommendation systems, or predictive models.
• Translate AI capabilities into customer-centric product experiences.
• Work closely with AI/ML engineers to define model requirements, evaluation metrics, and deployment strategies.
• Balance AI innovation with usability, cost, reliability, and responsible AI practices.

Experimentation and Optimisation:

• Design, execute, and analyse A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
• Develop hypotheses to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Optimise onboarding, user journeys, and feature adoption using behavioural insights.
• Continuously iterate based on experiment outcomes.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Define and monitor key product and growth KPIs.
• Leverage analytics tools to identify opportunities and diagnose user drop-offs.
• Build dashboards and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Use qualitative and quantitative research to inform product decisions.
