Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own and improve end-to-end trading journeys across Stocks and/or F& O, including discovery, instrument selection, order placement, order execution, tracking,
• and repeat trading.
• Identify and solve friction points across core trading/order journeys to improve conversion, activation, and retention.
• Improve order flows, confidence signals, trading information, and overall user clarity.
• Partner closely with Design and Frontend Engineering to build intuitive, high-performance trading experiences.
• Use product analytics to identify drop-offs, behavioural patterns, and engagement gaps across trading journeys.
• Define and run experiments to improve activation, order conversion, repeat trading, and retention.
• Translate retail trader needs and market behaviour into differentiated product features.
• Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business teams to drive products from concept to execution and launch.
• Take end-to-end ownership of product outcomes and continuously iterate based on user feedback and data.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of Product Management experience, with significant experience in B2C/consumer products.
• Mandatory: Hands-on product experience working on core trading journeys for Stocks and/or F& O.
• Experience building or improving key trading flows such as order placement, order modification/cancellation, order tracking, execution, positions, portfolio, or related trading experiences.
• Strong understanding of retail trader behaviour, particularly active traders.
• Strong UX/product judgment with the ability to evaluate and debate trading product flows and user journeys.
• Comfortable working with product analytics, funnels, user behaviour data, and experimentation.
• Strong ownership, execution mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on equity and/or F& O trading platforms.
• Personal experience with equity/F& O trading.
• Experience building products for active/high-frequency retail traders.
• Understanding of trading concepts such as market orders, limit orders, stop-loss, positions, margin, order types, etc.
