Product Manager

We are looking for an exceptional Product Manager to join our team and build high-impact B2B SaaS products. We are seeking someone who belongs to the top 5% of Product Managers in India- a highly driven individual with strong product thinking, execution capabilities, and a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from problem discovery and strategy to execution and launch.
• Work closely with engineering, design, business, and leadership teams to build scalable B2B SaaS products.
• Deeply understand customer problems through user research, data analysis, and direct customer interactions.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and success metrics.
• Drive rapid experimentation and make data-driven product decisions.
• Take complete ownership and demonstrate strong hustle in solving complex business and customer problems.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of Product Management experience, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Strong academic background, preferably from IITs and/or IIMs.
• Experience working across a mix of large, established organisations and high-growth startups is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work in highly ambiguous, fast-paced, and resource-constrained environments.
• Strong product intuition, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• A proven hustler mindset with a strong sense of ownership and bias for action.
• Ability to independently identify opportunities, influence stakeholders, and drive execution from 01 or through significant product scale-up.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
