Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop product strategies by analyzing market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
  
• Plan and execute product launches from concept to commercialization.
  
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new products or product improvements.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle.

• Conduct regular field visits and joint working with sales teams to ensure strategy execution, collect feedback, and monitor brand health.
• Design science-backed promotional tools, clinical visual aids, brand campaigns, and literature for targeted doctor specialties.

• Conduct product and scientific training sessions to enhance the sales forces detailing capabilities and knowledge.
