Product Manager (B2B) ? ?Fraud & Trust? charter along with ?Product Adoption? charter

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Manager with around 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B product management to own and strengthen ?Fraud & Trust? Charter across Naukri and to drive adoption charter of our strategic B2B products.

You will be responsible for building scalable systems and workflows that enhance platform trust, ensure regulatory compliance, prevent misuse, and improve operational efficiency. In addition to owning this charter, you will also contribute to the adoption and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for select strategic products.

What You'll Do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for ?Fraud & Trust? charter across Naukri.
• Design and enhance workflows related to business process controls, compliance, risk mitigation, and platform integrity.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Support, and other Product teams to identify problems, define solutions, and deliver high-quality product experiences.
• Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and concept notes for cross-functional teams.
• Analyze product and business data to identify gaps, measure outcomes, and make data-driven product decisions.
• Ensure business processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Support the adoption and GTM initiatives for strategic Naukri products by collaborating with business, marketing and product teams.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• Around 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B Product Management.
• Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and product specifications for Engineering and Design teams.
• Strong experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Product, Operations, Marketing, and Support.
• Ability to perform data analysis and use insights to drive product decisions.

Good to Have

• Hands-on experience building ?Fraud & Trust? processes such as KYC, fraud detection, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, compliance workflows, web scraping controls, or DPDP-related initiatives.
• Familiarity with risk management, platform trust and safety, or regulatory compliance in digital products.
• Exposure to product adoption and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
