NuVista AI is a U.S.-based technology company helping organizations modernize through artificial intelligence, data, and cloud solutions on AWS. We partner with businesses to deliver scalable, secure, and measurable outcomes across cloud modernization, data platforms, generative AI, and intelligent automation.

We specialize in cloud migration, data modernization, generative AI, AI agents, intelligent automation, AIOps, and technical staffing. Our team supports organizations across financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, media, the public sector, and technology.

    About the Team

You will work with a globally distributed team of product leaders, solution architects, software engineers, data engineers, AI specialists, designers, QA professionals, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.

Our team collaborates across locations and time zones to transform customer needs and business opportunities into secure, scalable, and valuable technology products. You will help connect product strategy, customer requirements, and technical execution.

    About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of cloud, data, and AI-powered products and solutions.

You will work closely with customers, leadership, engineering, design, sales, and delivery teams to identify opportunities, define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and guide products from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You should be comfortable working with technical teams, making informed prioritization decisions, and translating complex business needs into clear product outcomes.

    What Youll Do

    • Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for assigned products and solutions.
    • Conduct customer discovery to understand business challenges, workflows, and unmet needs.
    • Translate customer and business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
    • Define product goals, success metrics, key performance indicators, and measurable outcomes.
    • Build and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with business objectives.
    • Partner with engineering, design, QA, DevOps, data, and AI teams throughout product development.
    • Lead product planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, release planning, and stakeholder demonstrations.
    • Evaluate customer requests, technical dependencies, risks, and business value when setting priorities.
    • Make informed trade-off decisions involving scope, quality, resources, timelines, and customer impact.
    • Coordinate product launches and ensure readiness across sales, marketing, customer delivery, and support teams.
    • Gather feedback from customers, users, and internal teams to improve product functionality and experience.
    • Monitor product performance, adoption, customer satisfaction, and business results.
    • Maintain clear product documentation, release notes, decision records, and roadmap updates.
    • Communicate product direction, priorities, risks, and progress to leadership and other stakeholders.
    • Identify opportunities to incorporate AI, automation, cloud, and data capabilities into the product portfolio.

    What Were Looking For

    • At least five years of experience in product management, preferably within B2B SaaS, cloud technology, data platforms, artificial intelligence, or enterprise software.
    • Proven experience managing products from discovery and planning through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
    • Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, requirements, and prioritized backlogs.
    • Strong understanding of Agile product development and software delivery practices.
    • Experience working closely with engineering, design, QA, DevOps, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
    • Ability to translate complex customer and business needs into clear technical and functional requirements.
    • Experience using customer research, product analytics, and market insights to support decisions.
    • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to make practical trade-offs.
    • Understanding of APIs, cloud-native applications, data platforms, AI solutions, or enterprise integrations.
    • Strong ownership, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
    • Ability to work independently and coordinate with globally distributed teams.
    • Availability and responsiveness during U.S. business hours.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with AWS Cloud products or the AWS Partner Network.
    • Experience managing generative AI, AI agent, machine learning, automation, or data platform products.
    • Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, AWS data services, or related technologies.
    • Experience working in a startup, consulting firm, technology services company, or professional services environment.
    • Experience with enterprise SaaS products serving regulated industries.
    • Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Aha!, or similar platforms.
    • Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning.
    • Knowledge of user experience principles and design thinking.
    • Experience defining product pricing, packaging, or go-to-market strategies.
    • Relevant product management, Agile, Scrum, or AWS certification.
