About the Role
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Product Manager with 2-4 years of experience to own and drive product initiatives from discovery to delivery. The role involves working closely with engineering, design, business, sales, and operations teams to define product priorities, translate customer and business needs into actionable requirements, and deliver products that create measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery and problem definition through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Understand customer needs, business objectives, and market trends to identify product opportunities.
- Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics in alignment with business goals.
- Create clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and other product documentation.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Prioritize features and manage the product backlog using data, customer feedback, business impact, and technical considerations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across business, sales, operations, customer success, and technology.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market research to validate product decisions.
- Track product performance using relevant metrics and analytics and use insights to improve adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Plan and support product launches, including communication, training, rollout, and post-launch monitoring.
- Identify product gaps and proactively recommend solutions that improve customer experience and business outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Development, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of product management principles, agile methodologies, and software development lifecycle.
- Experience working with engineering and design teams in an agile environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to convert ambiguous business/customer problems into clear product requirements.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and highly execution-oriented environment.
- Good understanding of product analytics and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or equivalent platforms is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building B2B, SaaS, fintech, lending, payments, or AI-enabled products.
- Exposure to APIs, integrations, dashboards, automation, or data-driven products.
- Experience using SQL or other analytical tools to independently investigate product performance.
- Prior experience taking a product or feature from 0-to-1 is a plus.
