Immediate Joiner preferred About the Role We are looking for an experienced

Product Manager to lead the migration of an existing product to

Microsoft Fabric and drive the development of new functionality and

AI-powered use cases on the platform. This role requires someone who can operate independently, own the product lifecycle end-to-end, work closely with engineering and architecture teams, engage with Microsoft, and ensure the migration delivers

zero disruption to existing customers . The ideal candidate combines strong

Product Management skills with an understanding of Microsoft Fabric/Azure data platforms, AI use cases, platform modernization, and change management .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

migration of the existing product to Microsoft Fabric with zero customer disruption.

• Own the

product roadmap, requirements, prioritization and end-to-end delivery .

• Identify and deliver

new features and AI/GenAI use cases on Fabric.

• Drive

change management, risk mitigation and seamless product rollouts .

• Collaborate with

engineering, architecture, data/AI and business teams .

• Manage

customer and stakeholder communication throughout the transformation.

• Engage with

Microsoft teams to secure and manage

Azure/Fabric credits and partner programs .

• Balance

product innovation with existing product stability and customer needs .

Must-Have Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Management / Product Ownership.
• Experience leading

product/platform migrations , preferably

Microsoft Fabric/Azure .

• Strong understanding of

Microsoft Fabric / Azure Data Platform .

• Experience delivering

AI/GenAI use cases in live products.

• Strong

roadmap, prioritization and end-to-end delivery skills.

• Proven

change management and customer-impact management experience.

• Experience working with

Microsoft/AWS/GCP partner teams and cloud programs.

• Strong

customer and stakeholder management skills.
