Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology & digital projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and stakeholders.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely sprint delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, BA, Design & Operations).
- Identify automation opportunities and implement enterprise solutions (CRM, mobile apps, AI tools).
- 10–15 years of experience in Project/Product Management or Technology Leadership.
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum, enterprise applications, and digital transformation.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS/IT (Master's preferred).
- Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or PSPO (preferred).
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools.
