Product Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the entire lifecycle of products from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, develop business cases, and prioritize product features.
• Oversee order management processes, including tracking inventory levels, managing supplier relationships, and resolving customer complaints.
• Analyze sales data to inform product decisions, optimize pricing strategies, and drive revenue growth.

Job Requirements :

• 6-18 years of experience in product management or a related field within the courier/logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (OCS) and supply chain operations.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
