Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager with strong communication skills, a solid technical foundation, and a solution-oriented mindset. You will work closely with Technology, Operations, and business teams to translate requirements into effective product solutions and drive initiatives from ideation to execution.

• Understand business and operational requirements and translate them into product solutions.
• Work with engineering and technical teams to define and deliver product features.
• Explain technical concepts and solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify challenges, propose solutions, and drive issues to resolution.
• Generate product ideas and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Manage product requirements, priorities, and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product execution.

• 4-7 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Consulting, or a related role.
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Good technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and ideation skills.
• Ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts to business and operations teams.
• A proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience with AI/ML, SaaS, or technology products is a plus.
