Product Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans .
• Conduct market analysis, competitor mapping, and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Prepare product launch plans, promotional strategies, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop impactful promotional inputs and communication materials for the field force.
• Track product performance, sales trends, market share, and campaign effectiveness.
• Gather market intelligence and customer insights to identify emerging opportunities.
• Plan and execute conferences, CMEs, doctor engagement initiatives, and other scientific activities.
• Support the sales team with product training, brand communication, and marketing initiatives.
• Manage the assigned marketing budget and ensure effective utilization.
• Monitor competitor activities and recommend appropriate business strategies.
• Develop periodic brand reviews and present business updates to senior management.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in pharma marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, brand planning, and product positioning.
• Experience in product marketing, brand strategy, and marketing strategy is desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and customer needs.
