Job Description
- Develop and manage SME lending products, including secured and unsecured offerings.
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends to enhance product propositions.
- Drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Compliance teams for product implementation and process improvements.
- Monitor product performance, portfolio metrics, profitability, and customer feedback to drive continuous enhancements.
- Define eligibility criteria, pricing, onboarding journeys, and customer experience frameworks.
- Lead digitization and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer acquisition.
- Prepare business cases, product notes, policy changes, and approval documents.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
- Track industry developments and recommend innovative solutions to strengthen market competitiveness.
- Support product launches, training programs, and communication plans for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage partnerships and ecosystem integrations relevant to SME business growth.
