Product Manager

The product management team at Traya is seeking a highly motivated, data-driven Product Manager to drive the consumer-facing web and app products. A successful product manager must have exceptional user insights and a research background, data skills, strong analytical abilities, relationship-building and communication skills across cross-functional teams, an ability to work under tight deadlines, a track record of delivering results, and be an independent self-starter.

Responsibilities:

• Acquisition/Retention Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive retention/acquisition strategy for our mobile app, utilizing data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
• User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and developers, to enhance the overall user experience within the app, ensuring seamless use and engagement.
• Feature Development: Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of new features and functionalities within the app that contribute to improved user retention.
• Analytics and Insights: Utilize analytics tools and customer feedback to monitor user behavior, identify pain points, and propose data-driven solutions to increase user engagement and retention.
• A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing methodologies to evaluate the performance of different features and strategies, optimizing for user retention metrics.
• Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate product initiatives and updates to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
• Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
• KPI Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user retention and regularly monitor, report, and analyze these metrics to track the success of implemented strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a product manager with a focus on improving user retention in a consumer company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Experience with mobile app development and a solid understanding of user experience principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies is a plus.
