Product Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision and roadmap, aligning it with business goals and user needs.
• Work with the sales teams and customers to ensure products continually meets market requirements while maintaining business objectives.
• Gather and analyse all available research and data sources to continually refine and improve all aspects of the product.
• Prioritize features and user stories, managing the product backlog effectively.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Develop and communicate product specifications and user stories.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the product.
• Track and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize the product.
• Identify new market and product opportunities and define target market requirements, which create the foundation for the overall product strategy and roadmap.
• Compare/benchmark the product with competition and evolve/enhance the product as required
• Ability to manage all associated activities throughout Product life cycle in collaboration with other functional groups.

• Skills Required:
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a related role
• Experience in SaaS products is preferred.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Results-oriented with a commitment to quality
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
