Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) domain knowledge and proven expertise in Sell-In , Manufacturing, supply chain, R&D data analysis. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams to ensure accurate data interpretation, drive actionable commercial insights, and enable decision-making across commercial and financial performance areas.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sell-In Data Analysis & Reporting
• Analyze Sell-In, Sell-out data across distributors, customers, and channels to track performance against sales targets and product hierarchies.
• Manage KPIs and dashboards for volume, value, and net revenue across brands and SKUs.
• Partner with Finance and Sales teams to ensure alignment between Sell-In, Sell-Out, and Inventory views.
• Identify invoiced but undelivered orders for revenue recognition.

2. Data Governance & Systems
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to validate data flows from COPA, Data Lake, and BI systems.
• Define and maintain data quality rules, mappings, and master data consistency for Sell-In datasets.
• Document business rules, transformations, and logic used for KPI computation.

3. Business Stakeholder Management
• Work as a liaison between commercial, finance, and IT teams to translate business requirements into analytical deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the CPG or FMCG domain.
• Hands-on experience with Sell-In and Sell-Out datasets, preferably from SAP COPA, Azure, or Databricks environments.
• Strong understanding of commercial and financial aspects of Sell-In data invoicing, delivery, revenue recognition.
• Ability to interpret and validate data through SQL / Power BI / Excel-based analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate insights to business and finance teams.
