Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for trading, broking or fintech products.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with development and UI/UX teams for product implementation and enhancements.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for stock market and fintech products.
• Work on features related to trading platforms, back-office systems, portfolio management, mutual funds, APIs, and mobile/web applications.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as SEBI, NSE, and BSE guidelines.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and analytics to improve user experience.
• Collaborate with QA and support teams for smooth product releases.
• Prepare product documentation, BRDs, user stories, and release notes.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Stock Market, Trading, Demat, Broking Operations, and Investment Products.
• Experience working with Trading Platforms, OMS/RMS, Back Office, or Wealth Management products.
• Knowledge of Agile / Jira / Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to convert business requirements into functional specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with fintech or broking applications is preferred.
