3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing SaaS-based products . The ideal candidate should have strong experience in

product strategy, roadmap planning, requirement gathering, backlog prioritization, PRDs, user stories, customer discovery, and cross-functional collaboration . This is a

Product Manager role focused on SaaS products , not a Project Manager position. 📌

Preference: Candidates with hands-on experience working with

SaaS-based products 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Manage and prioritize product backlog based on business and customer value
• Work closely with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, Business, and customers
• Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitor analysis
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and product demos
• Define product goals, KPIs, and success metrics
• Analyze customer feedback and product performance to drive improvements
• Coordinate feature releases, enhancements, and change requests
• Act as a bridge between business, customer, and technical teams
• Drive continuous product innovation and improvements - 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
• 3–4 years of experience in SaaS Product Management
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum
• Experience in product roadmap and backlog management
• Hands-on experience with PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with Engineering, QA, UI/UX, and Business teams
• Familiarity with Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Confluence
• Strong understanding of customer needs and translating them into product features
