Product Manager

Area of Responsibility: Product Management Department: Installation Technology Han® Job Title: Technical Application Manager GBU Electric PM International Objectives of the Position: • Provide competent and timely technical and application-related support to global subsidiaries. • Achieve global revenue and margin targets for the assigned product series. Responsibilities: • Serve as primary contact for complex technical or application-specific inquiries from PAMs and, where applicable, GAMs and KAMs. • Develop customer value arguments to differentiate solutions from competitor offerings. • Manage and implement product modifications in alignment with Development, Manufacturing, IE, and Controlling. • Monitor manufacturing cost trends and initiate corrective actions when required. • Conduct international product trainings. • Manage the complete product lifecycle, including optimizations and discontinuations. • Conduct market and competitor analysis for the relevant product lines. Requirements: • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics, or similar technical field. • Business-fluent proficiency in English. • Willingness to travel internationally and strong intercultural understanding. • Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities and confident communication skills.
