About the Role This role owns the D2C website product experience and drives improvements across the full customer journey, from discovery to checkout. Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for the Shopify-powered D2C website, turning business priorities and customer insights into sequenced bets that improve conversion, revenue, and customer experience.
- Design and run experimentation programs, including A/B tests and funnel analysis, to identify where customers drop off and which changes create measurable uplift.
- Translate analytics, user behavior, and feedback into clear product requirements that guide engineering, design, and growth teams from idea to shipped outcome.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Growth, and Category teams to launch features that improve website performance and support commerce growth.
- Monitor and improve key website metrics such as CVR, ATC rate, checkout completion, and revenue per visitor, using them as the primary measure of success.
- Build strong PRDs and execution plans that keep work aligned, reduce ambiguity, and speed up delivery from insight to launch.
- Use tools such as GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Mixpanel, and similar platforms to diagnose behavior, validate opportunities, and track impact over time.
Essential Skills & Technologies
- 3–5 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years owning a consumer-facing website or app with visible responsibility for growth or conversion outcomes.
- Strong experience in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer internet businesses, with a practical understanding of how digital commerce funnels and customer journeys work.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and the broader e-commerce ecosystem, including the ability to work across platform constraints, integrations, and feature launches.
- Proven ability to run experiments and improve conversion metrics, using data to decide what to ship, what to stop, and what to optimise next.
- Proficiency with analytics and behavior tools such as GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Mixpanel, or similar platforms for insight generation and measurement.
- Strong stakeholder management and PRD-writing skills, with the discipline to align teams, clarify trade-offs, and keep execution moving.
- Basic SQL and strong analytical capability to independently explore data, validate hypotheses, and support decision-making.
- Exposure to Core Web Vitals, website performance optimisation, or headless commerce is a strong advantage for this role.
