About this role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to manage and drive the development, implementation, and evolution of its utility technology platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the power and utility sector, including Head-End Systems (HES), Meter Data Management (MDM), SCADA, and other utility IT/OT systems.
An understanding of AI, data analytics, and emerging digital technologies will be an added advantage.
He will closely work with engineering, business, implementation, and customer teams to define Product Strategy & Roadmap. He will manage development priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Timely delivery of product milestones and releases thorugh Product Development & Team Management.
- Quality and completeness of product requirements and functional specifications.
- Successful integration of utility systems and delivery of customer-specific requirements.
- Product stability, scalability, usability, and adoption.
- Effectiveness in coordinating engineering and business teams.
- Identification and implementation of valuable analytics and AI use cases.
Ability to understand technical architectures, system integrations, APIs, data flows, and functional requirements is a must.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, product backlogs, sprint planning, and release management is a must.
Working knowledge of dashboards, data analytics, and reporting tools is a must.
