Purpose of this role

• Technical graduate (BE/ ME/ MCA)

• Extensive experience in end-to-end Project Management role

• Deliver multiple and complex projects (preferably Application Development, Process development and Maintenance Projects)

• Payment domain knowledge is added advantage

• Excellent Oral & Written communication skills

• Proficient in client interactions

• Strategic Thinker

Responsibilities of the role includes

• Techno-Functional manager having clear understanding on the entire SDLC process (Waterfall / Agile/ DevOps)

• Manage a team of highly motivated leads, designers and developers

• Utilize in-depth knowledge and skills across multiple Applications Development areas to provide technical oversight across systems and applications

• Strong understanding about Java core, Databases, Application servers

• Knowledge about new age technologies like Open source, Spring boot, Redis, Containers & etc., is desirable

• Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects

• Complete understanding on the UPI Payment system.

• Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business integrate to accomplish business goals

• Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards negotiating with external parties when necessary

• Drive the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with many cross-functional teams, architects, product owners and engineer

• Ensure teams have clear priorities and adequate resources

• Be a multiplier and have a passion for team success and exceeding customer expectations

• Responsible for project related activities as Project planning, activity monitoring, Project status reporting, Planning and coordination of training, Planning and coordination of testing and acceptance, Analysis of Technical Requirements as well as Business Requirements

• Responsible for stakeholder management coordinating with Internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage Kick-off meetings, Business Review Meetings.

• Track and deliver projects on time. Evaluate (time / cost / quality) & change requests.

• Understand and resolve issues (client/internal) with processed data / software effectively and efficiently

• Ready to travel to customer locations on need basis for Customer meetings
