About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Manager – UPI to improve the end-to-end UPI payment journey for Snapmint users. You will focus on reducing payment friction, improving transaction success rates, simplifying customer flows, and enhancing the overall payment experience across app and web platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer-centric product development, payments, and data-driven problem solving.

What You'll Do:

• Own the UPI customer journey from payment initiation to confirmation, refunds, and support flows.

• Identify and resolve customer pain points, drop-offs, failed transaction scenarios, and usability issues.

• Work closely with engineering, design, operations, customer support, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality payment experiences.

• Analyze payment funnel metrics, transaction success rates, latency, retry behavior, and customer feedback to drive improvements.

• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for UPI related features.

• Collaborate with payment partners and internal stakeholders to improve reliability, reconciliation visibility, and customer communication.

• Run A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversion and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure that UPI flows comply with NPCI and RBI guidelines while maintaining a smooth user experience.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, digital payments, banking, BNPL, or consumer internet products.

• Strong understanding of UPI payment flows, including Collect, Intent, QR, and payment status handling.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile product environment.

• Ability to use data and customer insights to prioritize product improvements.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
