• Work directly with the founders to define and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Lead customer discovery efforts through interviews, feedback sessions, and user research to uncover product opportunities.
• Translate customer insights into clear product requirements and collaborate with engineering and design to bring them to life.
• Own key product metrics across user activation, engagement, satisfaction, conversion, and retention.
• Drive product decisions using a combination of qualitative research, analytics, and experimentation.
• Collaborate across design, engineering, and growth to ship impactful features at a high velocity.

• Have 4+ years of experience in Product Management at a fast-paced technology company or startup.
• Have experience building and scaling customer-facing products or features from concept to launch.
• Are highly customer-centric and enjoy conducting user interviews, gathering feedback, and translating insights into product decisions.
• Have strong product intuition backed by data and analytics.
• Have a strong sense of UX and can work closely with designers to create intuitive and delightful user experiences.
• Are comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and balancing multiple priorities.
• Communicate effectively with customers, founders, designers, and engineers. ⚡ Bonus if you:
• Have experience working on AI-powered products, recommendation systems, workflow automation, or intelligent user experiences.
• Have been an early Product Manager in a startup environment.
• Have experience owning growth, engagement, onboarding, or marketplace-related product metrics.
