Product Manager Department Tractor and Farm Equipment Location Mumbai No.of Positions 1 Reporting Relationships National Sales Manager Position Grade Manager

• Coordinate with sales, credit and legal to launch new products / modify existing products
• Understand product requirements by interacting with sales team / customers / channel partners
• Undertake marketing activity at key dealerships
• Build opportunities for business development
• Take initiatives for improving customer satisfaction and product profitability
• Build relationship with manufacturers and dealers
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Finance MBA / atleast 5 year’s experience in retail assets specially in Term Loans & Working capital products
• Experience in Agriculture & Rural is a must
• Able to analyze market requirements
• Knowledge of current sales process at dealership, mortgage of agri land, assessment
• Creativity to do things differently
• Willing to travel
• Willing to take up stretch targets
• Team worker
