About this role
Job Title: Product Manager - Storefront
Location: Mumbai
Experience: Min 5 years overall(2-3 years in Product)
Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Storefront Product Manager to own and enhance the end-to-end customer experience across our digital storefront. This role requires someone who can seamlessly work across multiple storefront touchpoints — including Search, Homepage, Merchandising, Product Detail Page (PDP), Cart, and related user journeys — ensuring a high-performing, data-driven, and outcome-focused product ecosystem. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with data, and passionate about delivering measurable business impact beyond feature releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Storefront Ownership Lead product initiatives across the Storefront ecosystem including Search, Homepage, merchandising modules, PDP, Cart, and checkout funnel. Identify friction points in the user journey and improve conversion, discovery, and overall user experience. Partner with Design, Engineering, Growth, and Business teams to conceptualize and execute enhancements.
- Data-Driven Decision Making Use analytics and structured experimentation to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and validate hypotheses. Design and analyze A/B tests, interpret results, and translate insights into actionable product improvements. Track and own key storefront metrics such as conversion rate, CTR, cart additions, bounce rates, engagement, and revenue impact.
- Analytics & SQL Proficiency Independently work with large datasets using SQL to extract insights. Build dashboards and collaborate with analytics teams to ensure data accuracy and availability. Leverage data to prioritize initiatives and influence roadmap decisions.
- Outcome Ownership Go beyond feature delivery — take full ownership of business impact and performance metrics. Define success metrics upfront and ensure measurable improvements post-launch. Continuously optimize features post-deployment to maximize ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Engineering to translate product requirements into scalable solutions. Partner with Design to ensure intuitive and seamless user experience. Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams for aligned execution.
Required Qualifications & Experience Overall 5 years and Min 3 years of Product Management experience, preferably in e-commerce or consumer internet platforms. Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL and data analysis. Demonstrated track record of using data to drive product decisions and measurable impact. Experience running and analyzing A/B experiments. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Attributes Experience managing high-traffic consumer platforms. Strong understanding of conversion funnel optimization. Customer-first mindset with strong business acumen. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. What We’re Looking For
Someone Who ✔ Thinks in metrics, not just features ✔ Loves solving user discovery & conversion problems ✔ Can move from insight → hypothesis → experiment → impact ✔ Takes ownership beyond launch
