Product Manager (SEO & AI Automations)

NowFloats is focused on improving local online discovery for small and medium businesses by structuring their information so it is easily found by nearby consumers. The company uses a patent-pending location-based SEO process to help businesses appear prominently in local search results. Its products include an organic discovery model with automated search engine optimization and a hybrid model that combines organic reach with paid channels such as Google Ads and Facebook ads. NowFloats also offers RIA, a Relationship Intelligence Agent that enables businesses to stay connected with customers through automated, low-effort engagement. Team members work on technology that directly impacts SMB visibility and growth in digital marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for SEO, digital visibility and AI automation capabilities.
• Understand customer and business requirements and convert them into clear product features, workflows and use cases.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation and requirement gathering to development, launch and continuous improvement.
• Build and improve SEO features such as on-page SEO, keyword optimization, metadata, content optimization, local SEO and business discoverability.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to reduce manual work and improve customer outcomes.
• Work with engineering teams to define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and priorities.
• Analyze product usage, customer feedback and performance data to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Work closely with Customer Success and Operations teams to understand post-sales challenges and convert recurring issues into product improvements.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create simple and effective customer experiences.
• Evaluate AI tools, APIs, automation platforms and emerging technologies that can be integrated into NowFloats products.
• Define and track product KPIs related to adoption, engagement, SEO performance, automation efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new product opportunities.
• Coordinate UAT, product launches, documentation and internal product communication.
• Continuously monitor product performance after launch and drive improvements based on data and customer feedback.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in Product Management / Product Operations / Digital Products.
• Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
• Hands-on understanding of AI tools, automation and AI-driven workflows.
• Experience working with web/digital products, SaaS or technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and ability to convert business problems into product solutions.
• Experience working with Engineering, Design, Customer Success and other cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of product analytics, user behaviour and performance metrics.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize requirements and manage multiple product initiatives.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations and automation workflows will be an advantage.

Good to Have

• Experience with local SEO / multi-location SEO.
• Experience with AI/LLM-based products or automation platforms.
• Understanding of Google Search, search rankings, structured data and website performance.
• Experience with CRM, CMS, website builders or digital presence products.
• Basic understanding of HTML, APIs and web technologies.
• Experience building products for SMBs or enterprise customers.
